بیوی قد میں چھوٹی اور جسمانی طور پر کمزور تھی،

 ایک شخص کا کہانی ہے کہ وہ اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ شادی شدہ زندگی گزار رہا تھا۔ اس کی بیوی قد میں چھوٹی اور جسمانی طور پر کمزور تھی، جبکہ وہ خود لمبا، طاقتور اور مضبوط جسم کا مالک تھا۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے اسے ایک بڑا جسمانی ڈھانچہ عطا کیا تھا۔ اس کے قد کی بلندی اور مضبوطی کے سامنے اس کی بیوی بہت چھوٹی لگتی تھی۔

اسی لیے وہ اکثر اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ مذاق کرتا تھا، کبھی اس کے سامنے چھپ جاتا اور اچانک سے ڈراتا، کبھی اس کی ڈائری چھین کر اتنی اونچائی پر رکھ دیتا کہ وہ اپنی چھوٹی قامت کے سبب اسے پکڑ نہ پاتی۔ کبھی وہ اسے اس وقت تنگ کرتا جب وہ ٹی وی دیکھ رہی ہوتی یا رات کا کھانا تیار کر رہی ہوتی۔

شروع میں اس کی بیوی بھی ان شرارتوں میں ساتھ دیتی تھی اور خوش ہوتی تھی، مگر کچھ دنوں بعد اس نے محسوس کیا کہ اس کی بیوی اب ان حرکتوں سے بیزار ہو رہی ہے۔

ایک دن جب وہ صبح کام پر جانے کے لیے تیار ہوا، تو اس نے بیوی کو ناشتہ تیار کرتے ہوئے دیکھا اور حسب معمول اسے ڈرا دیا۔ مگر اس بار اس کی بیوی نے خوف بھری آواز میں کہا: "آج شام جب تم واپس آؤ گے، تو مجھے گھر میں نہیں پاؤ گے۔"

اسے لگا کہ وہ مذاق کر رہی ہے، کیونکہ ہر بار جب وہ اسے ڈراتا تھا تو وہ اسی طرح کی دھمکی دیتی تھی۔ مگر جب وہ شام کو گھر واپس آیا اور اسے آواز دی تو کوئی جواب نہیں آیا۔ اس نے پورے گھر میں بیوی کو تلاش کیا، مگر وہ کہیں بھی نہ ملی۔ آخر کار جب وہ باورچی خانے میں پہنچا، تو وہاں اسے ایک پرچی ملی جس پر لکھا تھا: "اپنا خیال رکھنا، میں واپس نہیں آؤں گی۔"

یہ پڑھ کر اس کے قدموں تلے زمین نکل گئی۔ اسے ایسا لگا جیسے اس کا پورا جسم کمزور ہو گیا ہو، اور وہ اتنی بے بس ہو گیا کہ اس سے اپنے آپ کو سنبھالا نہ جا رہا تھا۔ اس کے جسم میں ٹھنڈک کی لہر دوڑ گئی اور وہ دیوار کے سہارے بیٹھ کر بچے کی طرح رونے لگا۔

اتنے میں اسے کچھ حرکت نظر آئی، اور میز کے نیچے سے ہلکی سی ہنسی سنائی دی۔ اس کی بیوی وہاں چھپی ہوئی تھی، ہنس رہی تھی۔ اس نے جھٹ سے اپنی بیوی کو پکڑ کر گلے سے لگا لیا اور اپنی آنکھوں سے آنسو بہاتے ہوئے کہا کہ وہ اس کے بغیر دنیا کا سب سے کمزور شخص ہے۔

اس لمحے اس نے جان لیا کہ اس چھوٹی اور کمزور سی بیوی کے بغیر وہ کچھ بھی نہیں ہے۔ اس دن کے بعد اس نے اپنی بیوی کی قدر کرنا سیکھ لیا۔
